It’s been a really tough two years and for me the waiting is over.
It’s time to admit it.

Our world has forever changed.
Division and separation, driven by fear, are at an all time high and can be seen in communities, families, friendships and even within ourselves.

Before we can move forward and start building a new world, we need to grieve our losses. We create safety — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual — in community. Not alone in our homes.

Healing the divide in our society begins with healing the divide within ourselves.

Last week I received a message from the Universe and upon contemplation, I realized that it is both personal to me and also for the collective. It began with a series of coincidences over three days. On the first day, I was standing in the bedroom and the chain of my gold bracelet broke and it fell off my wrist. The next day, while standing in the bathroom, the chain on my silver necklace broke and it fell to the floor.

“OK Spirit, you have my attention.”

Recently, I awoke suddenly at 3am with a phrase replaying over and over in my head. And although I didn’t have the presence of mind to write it down in my drowsy, half-asleep non-functioning state, it thankfully popped back into my head a couple of days later, along with a very interesting and powerful image**.

If I get into a dispute with reality, I will lose one hundred percent of the time.

Life is always speaking to me, but sometimes I just don’t listen.  Can you relate?
