After earning my Master’s degree in economics, I started my adult life as an economic policy officer working for the Department of Finance in Ottawa. From the outside, I had built a perfect life and was on my way to career and life success.

Until ….

It all started to fall apart.  Seemingly out of the blue, I began to be tormented by flashbacks, nightmares, and panic attacks. I thought there was something deeply wrong with me. I hated myself and was ready to give up on life.

Until …

Divine Grace asked me to choose life. and guided me to amazing therapist, who helped me to heal from sexual abuse and dissociation. The darkness lifted and I was once again able to function. I had a second chance at life.

I married, had two amazing boys and was a stay at home mom for 10 years followed by 15 years as a spiritual life coach. It was at this point that my trauma disrupted my life once again. My body, and primarily my nervous system, were ready for the next level of healing.

I discovered the healing power of nature and began solitary trips once a month. I saw clearly the fear and manipulation being perpetrated by governments and health officials during COVID and I remained loyal to love and truth. I did not wear a mask and I did not get the shot.

Then …

I was guided to create a healing centre in nature, especially for women who had experienced childhood sexual abuse. I discovered the most elegant and powerful form of group therapy, Systemic Family Constellations, and trained as a facilitator.

So …

I turned 60 and with somatic healing and support I released trauma from my nervous system and for the first time in my life, feel comfortable in my body and on the planet.

My healing journey has taken most of my adult life. Childhood sexual abuse fractures the psyche and creates a myriad of health and psychological issues. I survived to be a force of love and healing.
