Our Heroine’s Journey Retreat on Hornby Island in January was such a wonderful success that we are doing it again!

The retreat will be a small gathering, with a focus on deeper self knowing, love, and appreciation. The retreat is co-facilitated by myself and Brooke Sophia, and we will be assisted by a herbalist/artist (Ana from Constellations training) and a Blackfoot elder. We put a high priority on intimacy, nourishing meals and experiences, and a beautiful balance of both calm and play!
